This is so frustrating. I am using Adobe Premier Rush on the PC and it keeps crashing. This is the error in Event Viewer

If you haven't done so already, consider the following:

1) sign COMPLETELY out of CC everywhere (apps, desktop app, mobile apps), and restart your devices/computers

2) If using Rush on computer, sign back into the CC application/desktop manager, then hold the CTRL/CMD + SHIFT keys while starting up Rush. 

3) Give the app a little extra time to resync to the Adobe servers, and after opening a project, wait a few additional moments to make sure that all media assets are fully synced from the cloud.
