I’m honestly baffled and frustrated right now. One of the core reasons I chose Premiere Rush was the ability to move between my iPhone, iPad, and desktop. My workflow depends on being able to work while I’m traveling (iPhone/iPad), and then bring those projects into Premiere Pro later to finish with the full toolset.
Now? There’s absolutely no way to do that. My project files are trapped on the device I start them on. I can’t move them to my iPad, I can’t move them to my desktop, and I can’t even use iCloud as a middle ground. Adobe has effectively killed the entire reason for Rush to exist.
At this point, I’ll be uninstalling the app. Without multi-device project sync, Rush is basically useless for anyone with a serious workflow.

Rush is a little unique. And it takes some time to fidget with the mobile version to fully get it.
I was at a conference last week... and I needed to do some editing on the fly and I had not used the mobile version in awhile.
But after about 15 minutes, I got it all working properly.
Personally, I prefer the desktop version of all video editing tools.
Probably on the iPad it is more manageable than on the small screen of a phone.
But I would still opt to use the desktop version over anything else. Maybe I am too old school in that way.
I like having two monitors going so I can organize everything as I am working.
LOL.... last week we filmed so much at the conference. But I will dive into Premiere Pro for that as we filmned interviews with various AAA game studios at Gamescom. Thus, I want complete control over the final video.
