Adobe premiere Rush video flickers after rendering on OnePlus

Hello,

I am trying to render a very short video on adobe premiere rush on my oneplus 7 pro phone. I have used a text, a simple transition, an audio and some minor colour adjustments using an in-built filter. However, upon rendering ( 1080 p, 29.97 fps), the video keeps flickering. I tried with another video, and I have the same problem. I am adding the video to demonstrate the problem. Please suggest if you have any solution to this.
