Hi All
In our office we are having issue opening Adobe Premium Rush on one of our workstation PC's.
All other PC's can open Premium Rush.
Error message attached.
If anyone can assist I'd appreciate it.
We have tried reinstalling premium rush on the PC but hasn't resolved the problem.
Thanks
Kevin
As you explained in your messages above. Reinstalling / repairing the Visual Studio C++ runtime in add / remove programmes windows option.
It's a common problem apparently.
Thanks again.
Try reinstalling the Visual Studio C++ runtime: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170. I heard that can work, @Morriarchi. I hope it helps.
Thanks,
Kevin

Sorry about that. These errors are a little outside of my expertise. I think it's best for you to contact us here. The chat pod is on the lower-right. Click through to get a live agent. Once they appear, ask for the "video queue." This queue are folks on my team who are trained in the area of digital video and are particularly handy with Windows computers. Please let the community know if my team there can solve this problem for you. I apologize I could not help you here. Take care.
Thanks,
Kevin
