Adobe Rush always hangs on start every time I have ever tried to use it

So logging into CC with shared device license from our UNI. I try and try and it never works.

Fresh install of MacOSX fresh install of CC and still not working.

At what point does Rush hang? On launch or creating a project? Can you please share a screen recording or image of the issue? Also, what version Mac OS do you have?
