Adobe Rush Backup

I understand I only have a week to backup my files for Adobe Rush.
can someone explain the steps to do this?
When I try to open the files it says the video is missing. The thumbnail is there but the actual file is not.
I am not clear on what exactly Adobe is doing when it seems like the cloud should be the cloud but is not.

I got very confused about the different kinds of syncing that end or will still continue. But I think I finally understand - and confused again because it seems contradictory and inconsequential. As I understood it first, only Creative Cloud Files Sny (the ones in the local folder) would stop. Cloud files would continue to work, as I read. Also Light Room files would stay online, it said.
But NOW I understand that Premiere Rush files won't get synced anymore - but what else are they if not Cloud files like psdc? And why will movies uploaded with Rush not be accesible anymore but Lightroom files will be? But that's how it is, have I finally understand it correctly?
I'm a bit in a pickle now because I relied on Rush projects being Cloud files. I was lucky I also had them saved locally. But I can't convert them to Premiere Pro files from my smart phone anymore. And honestly I'm starting to not see any sense in using Premiere Rush anymore if I can't save or share the project file...
