Adobe Rush Camera Pro Mode on Samsung Galaxy S10 Not Working? I can set to pro mode and manually adjust focus, exposure and white balance, but when I tap the record button, exposure and focus goes back to auto.

Thanks for writing in. Sorry, you're running into this issue. We're aware of it and are investigating how to best fix it. I'll try to post back here as soon as we come up with the fix.
