Hey there, @Korah_11,

Thanks for the message. Welcome to the forum, my friend. We're here to help.

Rush should work OK with a couple of adjustments to your workflow, as things have changed with the app.

  1. The "no network" bug is a remnant of Creative Cloud sync being removed as a feature around a year ago. Let me know if you need more information about that. This left behind the feature, but the feature showing "no network" was not removed from the product yet. The bottom line is that you can

The bottom line is that you can simply ignore this warning.
  2. If the footage you. are using in any project was shot on the iPad or other iOS device, it may not work with Rush. Rush has not been updated for use with the new formats from these devices, unfortunately. You'd need to shoot footage with the "spatial audio" feature turned off in your devices's camera settings. Can you switch it off and try to import footage once more? Let us know how it worked, if you have time.

I hope the advice helps you. Let us know if you need additional help with this or anything else. Sorry for the problem.

Thanks,
Kevin
