I downloaded the Adobe Rush mobile app on my new google Pixel 6 pro so that I could use an external mic connection while shooting video. I see the video files in the Adobe folder on my phone, but don't see all of the files in the Assets folder in Creative Cloud.
I powered off my phone, and waited, thinking a file synch needed to take place. I have turned on "use cellular synch" in preferences. I have logged on and off on the phone and on my desktop Adobe Creative Cloud account. I do see some files that previously were not loading on my phone, but not all of them. After several attempts over 2 days, I have seen some files start to synch on my desktop Creative Cloud folders.
I am mainly trying to get the video files so I can edit in Adobe Premiere Pro. I even tried adding a sequence in the Rush app on mobile with all the files I needed and then opening the Rush files through Premier on my desktop, but when I did this, I got an error message.
Is there a way to speed up access to the files?
Please HELP! Thank you!

Sorry about the trouble. Currently, Pixel 6 pro is not officially supported with Premiere Rush. An incompatible device could cause such issues. Please refer to Rush system requirements: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-rush/system-requirements.html
