Adobe Rush: Original Audio not syncing with video

When uploading a video from my phone (Samsung S23 Ultra) into Adobe rush. 

The audio isn't matching the video when I'm speaking ie it looks out of time. Even after publishing it's also out of time. This has happened on multiple occasions now. 

So far I've cleared cache, no change. 

 

Note-  when I play the original video file in standard gallery in my phone the timing is fine

Hi @Daniel260574834clq,

Thanks for the message. I think the phone is not supported in the system requirements, so you may need to transcode the video to edit it in Rush. On the desktop, I like to use Shutter Encoder. See if that workaround might get the job done. Sorry for the frustration.
