Adobe Rush Premium Problems

I have the Adobe Pack for Photographers (PS+LR) and was using Adobe Rush (free version) to edit a video. I tried for more than 5 times to render a video but it was not successful. I bought the premium version of Adobe Rush so I could synchronize my project on the cloud and render on my PC, but the mobile application does not recognize my premium subscription.

 

I would like to know what I should do to finally be able to render my video.
