Adobe rush preview not working

i have created a project in adobe rush 2021 but now the preview for the project is not working. It will play for 2 mins and then will get stuck. It started when I tried to connect my monitor to my laptop using HDMI cable. I checked online for it and suggetion provided was to change audio hardware setting, but i cant find that in rush or to change transmit setting as it might still be trying to look for other connected devices. But i wasnt able to find that setting as well in rush. Can someone please help.

We need a little more detail in order to get you pointed in the right direction:

  • Does the preview play through completely before connecting the HDMI cable?
  • Is your Rush app up-to-date? 
  • Have you tried signing out and back into Rush AND Creative Cloud, making sure Rush has FULLY SYNCED?

 

You may be referring to the Audio and Rendering Settings under Edit > Preferences (PC):

I would suggest toggling either of the Pre-Render and Enable Hardward Acceleration options to see if it helps with your playback.

Hi,

 

Thanks for the input but after signing out and back in to creative cloud, now it is not showing my project at all. Project was synced to cloud as I was able to use it on adobe premiere pro as well. Can you please help?
