Adobe Rush reinstalled, projects missing

HELP HELP HELP!!!

I have been working on a number of projects (6 total) in Adobe Premiere Rush, as recently as a few days ago.

I had to restore my device (Surface Pro) but all my files were retained.

After re-downloading and installing Rush, only 1 of my 6 projects is still there (along with 3 other older projects that haven't been looked at in ages).

My projects are set to automatically sync, but I can't seem to find anything in my Creative Cloud files either?

This is absolutely devastating and I don't understand why some projects would still be there but others are just completely gone?

I have found in my system files the captured audo voice over files, and the video files are all where they should be when they were originally added.

I also only have ONE account with Adobe, so all projects were created under that account.

Is there any way of knowing what happened and how to recover my projects so I don't have to start them all over again??

I've had this happen a few times over the last few years... You have a few options you can try:

  1.  Sign out of ALL your instances of Creative Cloud (Rush, CC Desktop App, everything) on all devices you use with your account. Restart those devices, and re-sign in. (As a rule, I also try to make sure there's a solid internet connection, and that Rush has enough time to connect to the cloud and FULLY SYNC before trying to open or modify any project. This usually does the trick for me.)
  2. (Last Resort) Try opening your project with Premiere Rush BETA app. (This has actually recovered 2 of my own projects which I thought I lost!)

  3. Since you were able to locate your projects' assets in the Adobe system files, you might want to duplicate/backup those folders just in case you do wind up having to rebuild the sequence; at the least, your original clips are located, and in rebuilding, you may discover an errant corrupted file which may be at the heart of the problem. (*Saying this as an end user like yourself, and not happy about it since I had to do this once.)

Hope this helps! Best wishes for a successful project recovery.

Thank you for this advice...

I tried all of the above but sadly no change, projects still missing.

Open to any other suggestions.
