Premiere Rush will not open on my laptop, using windows 10 pro? It just keeps spinning the circle? I have tried unistalling and reinstalling to no avail!

Please advise,

Me too.
Have rolled back to v 1.2.12 which still works
Went to creative cloud, clicked the 3 dots next to the Open button under my installed apps, selected Other versions, and chose the previous version.

Actually, scratch that. The old versions don't work either - tried installing all of them, and every one has the blue spinning circle going round forever.

Will have to try use Premiere Pro instead.

Adobe, please bring out a fix asap.
