Adobe Rush won't let me create a project.

Question

I just downloaded Adobe Rush on my PC. I am on a Windows 10 Pro 64 bit OS, Ryzen 5 5600x CPU, GTX 1660 TI GPU, and have 32 GB of RAM. My GPU drivers and OS are updated and I have restarted my device multiple times. I can open the app, but then I am stuck on a loading icon and can't create a new project. What could the issue be?

Hi @18422300

Sorry, you're having issues launching Rush. Can you try this

Launch Rush, go to the Help menu > Select Sign out
Quit Rush
Relaunch Rush, and sign in from there

If this does not help please let me know. It would be helpful to get a screengrab or recording of this issue if possible.
