I have seen articles that suggest creating a local or admin profile. This is a work computer in a microsoft a/d environment so that isn't going to happen. The issue I am running into is that Rush hangs while on the loading importerquicktime.prm.
I have updated drivers, uninstalled/reinstalled adobe rush and removed preferences. Rush still hanging up on loading. Please help

Hi there!
Sorry to see that. Could you try running the application Run as an admin? Right-click on the app icon.
Disable antivirus. If installed.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks,
Kartika

Hi, @Gregory32866445z3f7?
I read about your issue. I am having similar issues pretty frequently on v.24.0, macOS Ventura 13.4 and an M1 MacBook Pro. What is your setup? Sorry for the problems.
Thanks,
Kevin

I'm on a 2019 Intel Macbook Pro running Sonoma. I lost all data when my logic board went out about 2 months back, and time machine couldn't seem to reload data via my backups. So it's been a rough process.
I did try creating a new mac user account and Rush works perfectly there. I might just break down and migrate all my data over from my current mac — kind of a nightmare, since I've already done this twice in the last three weeks. But oh well...
