Adobe Rush won’t render or sync

I just downloaded Rush to my IPad 11 pro 2020, and I am having issues with Rush not being able to render or syncing with the cloud. It is a very simple file I am trying to export. It only contains video, so no titles that could disrupt the process, as has previously been the case in 2018 and 2019. So what is the 2020 solution to this problem which is now 2.5 years old?

 

when I open the app on my computer, the video clips are all red with "!" as well
