After BSOD on my Windows, Adobe Rush doesn't start. Splash screen appears for a couple of seconds, then disappears and application is not starting. Version 2.9, Windows. I have tried downgrade to 2.8, but the situation is the same.
I read about your issue. Sorry about that. Can you try pressing the Alt/Option key while launching the application? You can reset preferences by doing so. Let us know what happens afterward.
