Android Pixel 8 Pro stalls when rendering

I put together a video, but when I try to export it the progress bar eventually stalls and sits there forever with no change. It doesn't matter which export settings I use. I've tried the highest and lowest quality and everything in between. My video is only 20 seconds long. How do I successfully render this?

Hi @David25588018mrhw,

Sorry for the issue. Check system requirements. Is the phone listed there? If not, that may be the source of your problem. I apologize for the frustration. https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-rush/system-requirements.html

Thanks,
Kevin

That link goes to a system requirements page that was last updated in 2022. The latest Android pixel that it says is supported is a Pixel 4. Is this the latest information from Adobe? If so it suggests they have stopped doing new development for Rush and newer devices won't be officially supported. This can't be the answer.

It went from exporting super fast on Pixel 6A and Pixel 8 Pro to now taking 15min instead of less than a minute. Did something get broken with the app as far as the Tensor chips? It worked fine about a month and a half ago...

That's odd, @David25588018mrhw and @ZaIINN.

I will let the team know.
