Any and all video clips distorted in Premiere today

I just opened premiere on my laptop today and every video clips (even the tutorial ones that come with the program are distorted and there is no audio. Every clip on every project is like this. I even tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it. I used Premiere just fine 5 days ago. As far as I know, nothing has changed. Help!premiere.png

Hello @BarbaraD1106,

Thanks for reporting your bug. I see the screen is distorted. Do you have an NVIDIA GPU? If so, have you updated the driver lately? If so, we suggest you reinstall the previous driver. Specifically, install the Studio driver, version 551.23. You can find this here:

1. Nvidia.com

2. Select Drivers from the top menu bar.

3. Click the Beta and Older Drivers link.

4. From the "Recommended / Beta" popup menu, choose Studio Driver
