App keeps crashing

I am using this app for 4 days now my first 2 projects were just fine but my third project has started lagging and the video plays and freezes all of a sudden then the app just kicks me out of it without any error or anything. 
I am using this app in IPhone 14pro Max , and I don't think it should lag or do anything. I have tried all the basic stuff like freeing up storage, background refresh rate and much more but was unable to find a solution. 
please help me out

I'm sorry Kevin, but is your team even reading these post? We have all tried updating to the latest version, we've all updated to the latest OS, most of us are using brand new iPhones. It's the same in every forum I read. Again, I apologize for being so critical, but we all need serious help. The "just try updating your version" just doesn't cut it anymore. Please help us. This really is the best video editing app there is, when it's working. I want it to work again.

Rush product team members do not read here, unfortunately. The Rush forum is user-to-user based. I can forward sentiments to them, and they do read those. I have informed them of these issues going on with the latest iPhones, and they have tested them to no avail so far. Sorry for the frustration.

Got it. I'm doing my best. I am in support and manage the forums, but I do not work on the product so all I can do is report on the feedback. I apologize for the problems newer iPhone users are experiencing.

 

They are aware of a performance bug and are working on a fix for that, as I understand it. Upvote here.

The previous bug fix has helped a lot of people with the crashing on export issue and not everyone has updated yet, so I always want to be sure that they have the current version of the app and iOS. I have to ask to ensure that. I hope you understand.

Are you reading what I wrote. I have done all the basic stuff. But this app doesn't work. Moreover I have deleted my 3 works and tried uninstalling and installing again but guess what this app doesn't work

Sorry, I just needed to ask because not everyone has updated. The team knows about a performance bug, described here. Please upvote if you think that might be the issue.

 

If you are fairly certain that is a separate issue (like, the recent bug fix didn't fix the crashing issue for the latest iPhones), I can add on that feedback to the team, as well.

 

A few others have mentioned iPhone 15 Pro MAX as the unit causing trouble. Yours is on iPhone 14 Pro MAX, so that is new info. Thanks for providing that. Any further info is appreciated. I may merge this thread with another iPhone 15 Pro MAX discussion to get more traction for the issue. I'll message you about that detail shortly.

 

I'll continue to advocate for a fix for these problems. Sorry again for the hassle.

Yes I have done all the updates. And the link you have shared is a performance bug, in that the persons video freezes and plays back on and he doesn't face any issues with crashing or failure of app to work. But my app doesn't work the app will first freeze when I play the video after editing, and sometimes kicks me out during editing and playing the video. But while exporting the video it goes up to 25% then stops and after a few seconds the app will kick me out.

and just for your team to know:- while editing if we turn off all the sounds the app will not kick us immediately and we will be able to edit the video for longer time. But if the song or voiceover on the video is ON then the app will work for a few seconds>then lags a bit> freezes> kicks us out. 
I have done 2 attachments just to show that my app is fully updated. And how it lags and freezes

Thanks so much for providing the video and screen shot. It looks like. a variation of the performance bug, but I have not heard of getting kicked out of the app or had issues with exporting not working. It sounds more severe than a mere performance issue with that news. I can forward your post to the developers. Sorry again for the frustration on this issue.
