App kept crashing. Then projects were lost.

I've been using Adobe premiere rush for quite a while. I took some time away and I purchased again today I tried to create a edited video which took me a few hours, and then it would not let me export it so I refreshed my app and restarted my computer, and when I came back, several of my old videos were gone. I can't find any support on how to retrieve them and I just paid to renew my subscription and lost that money also. Can anybody help me this is important to me
