App not availableon Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 and LG Wing

I've been using this application for quite some time but recently came into a problem when I upgraded my hardware. This application is not available on the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 or the LG Wing.  I recently updated my Hardware due to slow down because of time. I needed more processing power and Ram which I figured would be better for the application anyway. Does anybody know if the app is going to be updated to function on any new Android devices? Thank you

It happens with all apps.  Eventually, the latest apps do not work on older devices.  I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 and I am starting to run into that.  Not with Adobe, but several other apps from other companies.
