Ich nutze Premiere Rush auf meinem Apple I Pad pro und habe auch die bezahl Version für 39 € im Jahr. Dafür erwarte ich, dass das Program sauber läuft! Ich habe mehrere Stunden Arbeit investiert und nun stürzt die App ständig ab und ist nicht in der Lage, mein Video wieder zu laden...

wirklich schade. Werde das Abo beenden und mich nach alternativen umschauen. Es ist nicht das erste mal, dass diese App derartige Probleme macht....

You might try updating the app. issue you described was fixed in the current version. If you have updated the app, kindly contact us: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html. The chat pod is in the lower right corner. When you connect with an agent, ask them to connect you with the video queue (Monday to Friday 7AM to 7PM PST). I hope we can help
