  1. Check your device's compatibility: Make sure your device meets the minimum system requirements for Premiere Rush.
  2. Sign out of Creative Cloud, then sign back in.
  3. Update the app: Make sure you have the latest version of Premiere Rush installed. You can check for updates in the Creative Cloud desktop app.
  4. Clear cache: Clearing the cache can help resolve issues with the app. To do this, close the project. From the Home Screen, go to Preferences (Windows) or Settings (macOS) > Preferences. Click on the Manage Cache button and click "Delete all cache files". Click OK.
  5. Reinstall the app: If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling Premiere Rush.
  6. Contact support: If none of the above steps work, please contact Adobe support for further assistance. You can find contact information on the Adobe website. Click the chat pod in the lower-right corner. Ask the agent to connect you to the "video queue."
