Apple pencil integration

It would be very nice if Premiere rush for iPad, could make use of Apple Pencil's features.
like you import a video, and you would be able to write on it, like annotations, hand drawn graphics... whatever.
This elements would have their own timeline so you can control in what exact moment they show up or disappear...

You could insert a pause on the video so you give time to read an annotation...

IDK, It just felt natural. I was editing a short video in iMove with indications to an address, and it hadn't this feature, so I downloaded Premiere giving it for granted, but no. It doesn't do it.
