Videos taken on an iPhone were imported into Premiere Rush on iOS. The audio is not in sync with the video. It seems odd that this does not work properly as most people using this are likley pulling video from their phone. I've seen posts about this suggesting the video be modified by a third party app. This seems like a silly thing to do, so I am guessing there is a simpler fix to this? Please advise!
Hi tims58530251!
Sorry to hear that. Which iPhone do you have? Also, let us know the Rush version.
Thanks,
Kartika

Hi, September 2024 on iPhone 12, iOS 18 and Adobe Rush 2.10 (1): same issue.
Any idea how to fix it, rather than going back to iMovie?

Hi @macaaaron,
Are these files you shot on the iPhone, or did they come from somewhere else?
Thanks,
Kevin

Hi @Kevin-Monahan,
I imported a 480p mp4 video into my iPhone photo library, and then created a new project in Rush with it.
The video and the sound are unsynchronised, while on the macOS version of Adobe Rush it is working fine.

The media sounds faulty. I would transcode it in Handbrake or Shutter Encoder. Let me know if that works, @macaaaron.
Cheers,
Kevin
