Audio issue

1. Everytime I upload a video to Adobe Rush, the audio is way slower than the video visual. Why?

Sorry to hear that. What's the source of the media files that you're editing? Which device are you using for Premiere Rush?

Are you using screen-recorded footage?

The source of media files are video downloads from Instagram and I use my Samsung phone to edit videos in Adobe Rush. And, no, the videos are not screen recorded footage.
