Audio portion of project missing when shared

I'm suddenly having problems with the video file's audio not being included in the final versions of my project when shared to both Windows and YouTube. The music track is included in all cases, but not the audio associated with the video itself. The first time this happened, I was able to exit the project, open another project, then return to my original project. Then when I exported the project to both Windows and YouTube., all of the audio was included. Success! The next time I shared a project though, the same error occurred, even after I closed Rush and re-opened it. I'd like a solution that doesn't require funky workarounds. Please advise. Thanks.

Do you have an NVIDIA GPU? Try clean-installing the latest studio driver. Don't use the game-ready one.

Kevin. I am editing video clips taken with a GoPro Hero 11 at 1080p. they are MP4 files. I'm using Premiere Rus on a Windows 11 desktop. I've edited video clips in the past and exported them with no problem.

You might try deleting the cache files. Go to the Home screen, but don't open projects. Choose Preferences and go to the bottom-left corner of the dialog box. Click Manage Cache. In the Manage Cache dialog box, click "Delete all cache files." Click OK. Relaunch Rush and see if you are clear of this issue.

Thanks,
Kevin

Thanks again, Kevin, for your advice. I deleted the cache and have been
able to export some videos successfully. There are new glitches, however,
but I'm not sure they relate to deleting the cache. For example:

- In one video, there is a 5-second gap in the voice audio early in the
clip, but then the audio resumes. After closing the app and restarting it,
I was able to export it successfully without any audio problems.
- In Edit mode, the Graphics menu would not open. After trying different
methods of accessing Graphics, I again closed the app and restarted it to
regain the Graphics function.

Maybe It's a problem with my computer, but it is a gaming PC with very good
video editing power.

Thanks again,

TruHoo

Kevin, my version is NVIDIA GeForce RTX3060. I downloaded the studio
driver. I hope this solves the glitches. Thanks very much for
following through on my problem.
