Audio sounds low cant fix?

My audio is sounding real slow, and when I go to speed, I cannot fix it. I've delete it and downloaded the application 2. Nothing happens.What happened to my program

Yes I have an S24 Samsung and my Adobe Premier Rush app’s audio has slowed
down to almost still and I’m trying to see if I fix it in its speed
settings and I can’t

Do you know the frames per second your clip is running, @The Leyito Salsa Show? Is it 24, 30, or 60fps? Is it a video you shot with the phone?
