background of 9:16 video is black

i wanted to use 9:16 dimension and as my video was horizontal it didnt fit so i pinched out but now the background is black

Thanks for the question. It sounds like you tried scaling the image. Can you try the controls in the Transform tab instead of pinching? That might work better. I hope the advice helps. Sorry for the frustration on this issue.
