Hey everyone!

Just couple days ago I change my phone (iPhone13 pro). and got newest version of Premiere Rush. From that moment I start to have issues with quality (color wanishes). It's happening when I edit original video (zoom, slow down etc.). After export, all parts which was zoomed or slowed down are in disgusting colors. Is this only mine problem or somebody's too? Pls help because I can't stand this quality. Gross

Best regards,

David

Hi David!

Sorry about the issue. Did you capture media files from the same device? Does it only happen with zoomed and speed clips?

Have you tried exporting through another preset?

Let us know.

Thanks,

Kartika

Hey,

Im using iPhone 13pro. App version is 2.1 (1113). I think that’s the latest one.
It’s happening what ever I do with the video. Zoom, slows down, adding graphics-everything. The problem is also that video sound is delayed (like picture is not going with sound). So in total everything is … wrong.

Problem with colors is only when I export to 1080p.
To 720p colors are ok, but sound is delayed.

Original video is in HDR

Didn’t get that problems on my old iPhone 11 Pro. From when I change to 13 pro the problems started.

Oh. I’m using same device for recording and editing.

Thank you for your support,
David

We have the same problem on the iPhone 13 Pro, just make a recording on the iPhone, and edit it in Ru, just only use the sisters, to make some cuts in the clip. Export and the coller is gone.

what is the fix for this 😞

Same issue here. It seems to affect my clips at random.
