Bug with Adobe rush, Saving video

Hi! I have started getting messages that there is a bug in Adobe rush. When I go to the share button to save my video, the app will crash. The message said for me to update the app when the developer has solved the problem. There is no update currently available.

Thanks for the note. Are you on a mobile device? If so, which one and which OS are you running/ In Settings, which version does it say you are running?

 

If you are on the desktop, please give us details about your computer system.

 

What kind of media are you using? Which camera shot the media? Is it H.264 or HEVC at 4K and 10-bit or something else? Do you have a constant frame rate with these clips or are they a variable frame rate? You can run clips through MediaInfo
