Can you start a project on the app, then continue on desktop?

Hello, I am a new user of rush and this seems such a basic question but I am really stuck!

I have started a project on the app but I am finding it a little small to work with so I thought I would try the desktop version but I can not see my project to continue working.

The project is synced (no incomplete blue circle)

I can see the exported test .mp4 file on https://creativecloud.adobe.com/

I can see the asset folder with lots of sub folders of nonsensical names, which from reading the forums, the assets of the project are in here... somewhere.

But...how do I open the project and continue working?
