Cannot sync media

I've been trying to get this program to synchronize my media, and I'm pulling my hair out.

 

I create a project on my Android device and have it synchronize to the creative cloud. But it doesn't synchronize to my desktop. When I open it there. It tells me that I have files that are missing. And vice versa. When I create a project on my desktop, the files do not synchronize onto my phone.  And yes, I've ticked the box "sync with CC."

 

Thinking this might be a problem with creative cloud, I signed up for a Dropbox account to see if my media would synchronize from there. Rush shows that I have no media on my Dropbox, and that's not true.

 

I've uninstalled and reinstalled Rush.  I've deleted all of my assets from CC.

 

What gives?

Hi Exploration Point,

Sorry about this. Which plan do you use? Is it the Rush Starter Plan? If so, that could be the reason. If not, there were some changes at DropBox recently you may want to check on. Hope the info helps.
