Cant export in Rush

I get a message at top of screen in Adobe Rush saying I've reached the export limits and asks if I want to upgrade.  I clicked upgrade and it wants to charge me an additional $10 a month.  I already subscribe to the suite.  I uninstalled and reinstalled Rush and still get the message.  So now I can't share any videos.  How do I fix this?  Thanks.
