Hello,
It started with the video track not showing in my projects — only the audio track was visible, with a black screen. Now all my projects are gone.
I saw the message “Are your projects missing? Connect to Wi-Fi or enable the option ‘Allow sync over mobile network’ in the settings.”
I’ve done that, but I still don’t see my projects. I’m also unable to add new media or create a new project — the “Create” button remains inactive.

If you can't start a new project, I think I know why. Are you from the Czech Republic? This is a bug that Czech users are experiencing. If you are on iOS, as a workaround, please download Project Violet from the App store and see if that mobile video editing app might assist you while the team is dealing with this issue.
Sorry for all the trouble.
Thanks,
Kevin
