Choppy freezing video

Having issues getting a clean render - footage is from DJI Mavic pro 2.

When I export the video is just about frozen except for a few scene changes.

• Which device are you using for Rush?
• Are you experiencing the same issue while playback?
• Have you tried exporting the video through another preset?
• Is it only happening with a specific file or, is it random?
