Choppy playback, choppy youtube outcome.

Hello. I am yrhing to use Premier Rush to edit simple drone video recorded at 4k 60 fps. The previee is choppy and my rendered upload on youtube is choppy\frozen.

Any help appreciated. Steve

Which version of Premiere Rush are you using? https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-rush/finding-the-premiere-rush-version-number/m-p/4788185
Is your project is synced to Creative Cloud?
Which device are you using for Rush?
What happens when you try exporting your project through other export presets?
