Clip doesn't play full length after export

I've rendered a video of 10:44 minutes. The video length is also showing 10:44 min

while playing, but the video ends exactly around 3:40 min. I cannot skip to 9 min or what ever

is longer than the 3:40. So the clip only plays normally until 3:40 then it suddenly ends.

the video size is shown as it was put in the settings for export.

 

Can anybody help? It was my last export try of three. Is there any other possibilty to download the raw editing video from the cloud or share it to another account which could render it ???????

 

What can I do now?

 

I would appreciate your help!!!

  • Which device have you installed Rush on?
  • Was it project specific issue or it's random?
  • Is there enough space available on your device?

Hi Kartika,

 

thank you for your response!

  • Its installed on a Lenovo X1 Tablet.
  • It was more like a random issue. I exported other videos with 10 minutes length before and

had no problem. I really need this video for the project

  • There should be enough space on my device.

 

I really dont know why it ends at 3:40 but the lengt is still showing 10:44
