Colour in Rush iPhone video export missing, image over exposed

New Here ,
Mar 30, 2025 Mar 30, 2025

On iPhone when exporting 1080p video at 60fps, the image becomes over exposed with missing colour. This is not seen in the editing preview in Rush, only in the exported video. If the video is exported at 1080p 30fps this does not happen! Source Footage is 1080p 60fps.

Has anyone also encountered this? Thanks, Jake

Hey Jake,

Are you shooting HDR? Rush doesn't support HDR. See if shutting off HDR in your camera settings helps. Try Project Violet on the app store if you are on iOS.

Thanks,
Kevin

That's really interesting Kevin thank you for this response. Having checked the settings I can see that High Dynamic Range is indeed enabled. I will disable it and try filming content again.

Kind regards, Jake
