Continuing on a different computer

I started a project on my laptop, but apparently my hardware is too old and weak for the program to run smoothly. Since I've already started, I was wondering if it's possible to continue working on the file but on a different PC?

Thanks, will the free version of Rush suffice or do I need a monthly subscription to access the cloud and continue editing on another device?
