I used to use this all the time to edit videos but the second i was importing 4k videos they looked choppy in app but were fine on export. But now i can't even do that. It crashes every second it gets. I might have to switch to capcut instead at this rate. Not to mention all videos will lag on mobile.

Well i can open a video but 2-5 seconds later it crashes. All 4k videos
seem to lag significantly no matter the speed, even when i choose to export
in 1080p later. If not everything else works

  1. I have a samsung 20 FE with more than enough storage to run any small 30 second edit. I was using rush to edit bit ended up using capcut, and found it even better and so did my client.

Well if you can stop 4k videos from lagging, and from the mobile version to
stop crashing i might go back to using your services. But for now i sadly
cannot.

Hi @Samuja2,

I understand. It seems like you are describing a similar bug to this one: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-rush-discussions/performance-last-update-ios-17-1-2-new-rush.... If you have time, please upvote and I'll continue to advocate for a fix. I'll certainly let the team know. Sorry about the hassle. Hope to see you again sometime in the not too distant future.

Thank You,

Kevin
