Hi DJCentif!

There is not currently a way to make rolling credits solely in Premiere Rush. You could edit your whole video in Rush then take it to Premiere Pro, if you'd like: Take your Premiere Rush video further with Premiere Pro |

Or you could take Gerik's suggestion and create a .mogrt file that has the animation in it!

You can make basic titles and such in Rush. But I really don't see an effective way to make scrolling credits. If you had to do it in Rush the best thing would probably be to create scrolling credits in Premiere Pro and make it into a Motion Graphics Template and import that template into Premiere Pro. Of having someone make it for you.
