I have a Moto G22 phone over 20 GB free space .

When uploading files my phone keeps crashing

App not responding wait or close message

Have fibre fast broadband band virgin

All working correctly 

Any help appreciated

I'm not sure, but I don't think that phone is listed in system requirements.

That's not normal. I suggest you try a shoot a camera test with different camera settings: no HDR, nothing larger than 4K, H.264 codec, audio filtration off. Let us know if that works. For current files, you might need to transcode them. Many people find success with donationware, Shutter Encoder or Handbrake.

Internet coneectivity no longer matters since Creative Cloud sync was removed a year ago. You can ignore any warnings. I hope the advice helps.
