I just purchased a new phone and now have a new issue. When I start a video on my phone, I place a song into the project and then place a video. Let's say I trim the video and want to delete the trimmed part, why does my song get deleted as well?
I did not have this issue on my old phone. I even opened old projects and when I delete one clip the whole song gets deleted. THIS IS INFURIATING. I like to match the audio precisely with the video and I need to constantly trim and delete excess clips to get it on point. It is impossible for me to work this way and I am about to try another software.

Please help me fix this issue.
