I received this email from Adobe asking if my issue was resolved. There is no way to respond to the question. There is no link for following up to support with a response. There is no link on the question thread. Best I can figure is this is an automated email sent by Adobe wants me to open my question and see that nothing has happened.
I followed up with a response for the question and have heard nothing back.
Adobe,
Why would you waste peoples time with a meaningless effort.
Be part of the solution!!!

I haven't seen an email like that get sent before. This is a user-to-user forum where users like myself volunteer our time to help other users like you. Adobe staff do sometimes respond to questions, though. You can see who is an Adobe employee when their profile pic has a red Adobe logo and "Adobe Employee" appears as their status below their username.
I clicked the link from your email and followed up with an additional suggestion to check whether the format of your video is supported. I hope that helps. 🙂
