I am creating a video for the first time on premier rush. When I uploaded videos that I sent from my phone to my laptop they turned out distorted. The video looks normal but once it plays the color goes to purple and green and the frame shifts so the video is not uniform. Any help with how to fix this would be much appreciated!
Sorry for the hassle. This issue occurs if the Intel GPU drivers on your system are not compatible or you have an older version of the drivers. Can you please update your GPU drivers? You should be free of these issues once you complete that troubleshooting step. Let us know if you need assistance with that.
