Hello,

I have a problem. I didnt record videos with iPhones  regular video function. I record videos  in photo mode (a video is created by holding down the shutter button). When I insert these videos into Rush, the video automatically pans in a 16:9 mode. How can I disable panning?

Hi Kevin,

the function auto reframe was on. I turn it off and now it works! Thank you so much for your fast help.

Hi @Travelbee,

I read your note. Have you tried turning off the effect? Click on Effects on the right side of the interface to access Pan and Zoom. Switch it off. Is it working now? Let us know.

Thanks,
Kevin
