Hello everyone.
I just updated iphone 13 to shoot with new ProRes feature,
I tried to import the file to the Premiere Rush and it keep showing me that the file is not supported!!
Does Premiere Rush support apple ProRes? or its still not supported?
please explain.

Hi there!
Sorry to see that. Have you tried importing files on the Desktop version? Does that work?
Could you share some sample media?
Let us know.
Thanks,
Kartika

I have exactly the same issue.
Desktop version supports Apple ProRes, the Moboel version doesn't.
Same error as @Ghadir5CB4

Hello
In the near future there will be an update, thanks to which you will be able to use this type of files on the mobile application? especially that this is probably not what the monthly subscription is for when I cannot fully use the application 🙂

Hi there!
We've filed a request with our engineering team but for now, the mobile application cannot process this new format available on the latest iPhones. If you use ProRes footage, the desktop app has all the capabilities!

Hi! Is this update coming soon? I would really like to use rush with pro res footage and that comment was in March and it's now November.

Ok so it's been almost a year now?? I should not have to drive all the way home to get a computer for this to work.

Soooo? Why can't the mobile app work with standard mobile features yet?
